"We were in search for a builder to construct our dream home and Martin Schenk of Eagle Pacific Developments was highly recommended. We were not disappointed. Martin was a great communicator; if we had questions, he had all of the answers and explained what was happening every step of the way. We would have weekly meetings with Martin without fail to go over what was happening at the job site and what would be happening the following week. Martin provided us with a timeline so we knew well in advance of when decisions had to be made. This gave us plenty of time to go shopping to decide what we wanted in our house; we were never rushed into making a decision. We have built four houses over the past 8 years on the Southern Tip of the island. The first two were total nightmares, from cracked foundations to walls separating from the ceilings.

"Five years ago, my wife and I were newlyweds trying to build our dream home. We met Martin of Eagle Pacific through our house plan designer. He recommended us to three different contractors that he thought would be able to provide us with the best cost and homebuilding experience. As soon as we met Martin we thought he’s the guy for us. After we saw a development of houses that he was working on, we knew for sure that Eagle Pacific was who we would work with.
Not only did they provide us with a great price for construction, but all of the trade’s people that Eagle Pacific works with were very friendly and helpful to a young couple trying to decide what they needed in a house. They never sacrificed quality for cost and always used the best building materials. And, they were fast…we went from excavating to occupancy in five months!! A very rare thing as we learned from the other construction that took place on our Lane.
By far the most impressive thing about working with Eagle Pacific and Martin Schenk, in particular, was that when we called him, he always picked up the phone. If we had a concern, he solved it quickly.

"I first met Martin while dealing with another developer on Firehall Creek Rd. Martin was there looking at lots in the subdivision. We talked about my plans to build on the lot and discussed some of the unique characteristics required given my wife is disabled and in a wheelchair. Martin was very open with me and told me about himself and what options were available. I said I would call him and set up a meeting with myself and my wife Barbera. We met over lunch and discussed some of the unique requirements of the project including: bathroom and bedroom ceiling lifts, roll in shower, sink and disability toilet. Martin knew exactly what we needed and worked within a price to suit our budget. Our last requirement was a wood stove in the home as it is something Barbera wants for the heat in the winter.
After a final meeting we agreed on price and began on the drawings for the home. The consultation process was flawless as Martin was always open with me, invoking confidence in him as a quality builder. I told him then that I would be around for the construction of the house and he welcomed me to be there as much as I wanted. We have been in our home now for 4 years and are extremely pleased with the home. Anything that needed attention after construction was promptly looked after by Martin. In fact there was very little to be done after, just minor paint touch ups, etc. Both myself and my wife Barbera cannot say enough great things about the entire building process.
