Initial Consultation

We discuss needs / wants / dislikes and critical design lifestyle information of what you are looking for in your new home.

Concept Drawings

Concept drawings are discussed with Victoria Design Group, who is our award winning designer, ensuring your home is designed to your exact specifications and meeting your budget requirements.

Working Drawings

We prepare detailed working drawings which will be used for permit application submissions.

Building Start

Upon receipt of building permit on site work begins. Main construction process begins, foundations are laid and wall structure beings to take shape.

Building Progress

Weekly meetings keeping you informed of the entire building process. You have complete control to make any and every change necessary through the build to ensure your new custom home is exactly what you want.

Building Completion

Upon completion, a thorough site inspection is performed in which we will provide you with all manuals and a home warranty certificate provided by Travelers Guarantee Company of Canada.
