Martin Schenk

Eagle Pacific Developments Inc. was established over 30 years ago by Martin Schenk in Victoria, British Columbia.

Martin is a licensed builder with the Homeowner Protection Office and has taken real estate courses as well as continued education in construction. He has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in all trades and construction management.

He began his business by purchasing properties, renovating, and re-selling the newly updated homes. From there, Martin began building homes on speculation, and custom home builds for clients ranging between $300,000 to $2,000,000. Many of those homes have been featured in the Times Colonist for homes of the week. Eagle Pacific Developments was also featured in The Business Examiner magazine and Martin recognized for his ongoing successes.

To date, Martin and his company have successfully built over 200 homes, and while meeting the needs of his clients, the styles have ranged from a 1942 Replica Stern home, to Traditional, Arts and Crafts, and West Coast Contemporary style homes, delivering excellence in quality, workmanship and a personal repour with his clients.

Part of Martin’s ongoing success comes not only from his love of building, but also his wife Shelby working by his side. With her attention to detail and dedication to maintaining the office and other aspects of the business are what makes Eagle Pacific Developments so successful.

Martin’s sister-in-law Casey has also proven to be an asset to the company over the past 8 years working in the office along side of her sister Shelby, as well as other family members who continue to work throughout the company in various roles.
